I am a part time personal fitness trainer who has a regular everyday job working with the general public. I devised Torqueblade out of the necessity to enhance people’s body mechanics, adaptability and therefore fitness. I have been instructing martial arts and fitness since 2000 and Torqueblade has grown since its conception in 2004. There are now two other programs which are based on the similar principles but have different goals: Tranquilblade for meditation in motion (satori) and Battlerun for endurance and strength.
